- Try another device if unable to complete booking and operating system has been updated.
- Resetting Password – When resetting a password, an automated email with a temporary password (PCI compliance) is sent to the golfer. Sometimes that email can end up in a junk folder.
- Clear browser cache and browsing history.
- If the wifi network has changed this may cause an error during the booking process.

- In all major Internet browsers (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera), pressing Command + R refreshes (reloads) the current web page.
