- If a discount doesn’t appear and your booking within the days of advance privileges then our inventory is sold out for that particular course and day. Select another course or day to find discounts.
- When searching for tee times outside of the 14 days in advance booking privileges you must enter the specific course in the select course area of the booking engine. Only entering the Location will not bring up tee times outside of 14 days in advance.
- All tee times are booked online and prepaid in full by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy: “No refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes to the number of players made within 48 hours of the tee time. This includes cancellations due to illness, injuries, emergencies, work conflicts, (before or during play) etc. It will be YOUR responsibility to fill the tee time with friends, family, or colleagues.” No changes to tee times inside of 48 hours of your tee time.
- We do expect our customers to play through light rain and short weather delays.
- If your group is called off the golf course due to weather and the delay is less than 60 minutes and you decide to quit your group will forgo the right to a rain check/refund.
- If weather conditions are unplayable, the booking will be refunded through Play Golf Canada.
- If weather conditions change during the course of the round and are unplayable, Play Golf Canada will determine the credit based on a number of factors.
- Rain checks/refunds will be offered by Play Golf Canada not the Golf Courses.
- Play Golf Canada must be emailed within 24 hours of your tee time for a Rain check/credit. Any request outside of the 24 hour period will forgo the right to a rain check/credit.
- Play Golf Canada customers are responsible for contacting golf courses directly for course conditions, including temporary greens, frost delays, cart-path-only, no-carts, and weather-related closures. We will do our best to pass along information, but conditions and situations change quickly, so it’s best to contact the pro shop.
- Please note that changes to tee times, cancellations, rain checks, or credits are determined and issued by Play Golf Canada, not by our partnering facilities.
